HERWA Miss & Mrs. India 2026 is a prestigious platform created to empower women and celebrate individuality, confidence, and grace.
Rooted in authenticity, inclusivity, and fairness, the pageant ensures every woman—regardless of height, weight, complexion, age, or background—has a fair chance to shine.
By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information
- The pageant is part of the HERWA Carnival under the leadership of Mr. Madhu Menon (President) and Mr. D.P. Tripathi (Vice President).
- HERWA collaborates with industry professionals, trainers, and mentors to ensure a fair and enriching experience.
2. Eligibility
- Miss Category: Women aged 16+ (unmarried).
- Mrs Category: Women aged 18+ (married / divorced / widowed).
- Participants must be Indian citizens or of Indian origin (including NRIs).
- Contestants below 18 must submit parental/guardian consent and be accompanied throughout events.
- Providing false information will result in disqualification.
3. Registration & Fees
- Registration is confirmed only after form submission and payment of the non-refundable and non-transferable fee.
- Payment confirms eligibility for online/offline auditions.
- Shortlisted contestants must complete finale registration and payment within 2 working days of notification.
- Failure to complete formalities results in automatic cancellation.
- Fees include auditions, grooming sessions, and finale participation.
- Contestants must bear their own travel, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses.
- Organizers may deny participation if rules are violated.
4. Travel & Accommodation
- Contestants must arrange their own travel, stay, and local conveyance for all events in Thane/Mumbai.
- Organizers are not responsible for losses, delays, or travel issues.
5. Training, Grooming & Schedule
- All shortlisted contestants must attend grooming sessions, rehearsals, and media interactions.
- Training includes personality development, communication, stage presence, show direction, grooming, and choreography.
- Organizers may modify schedules, venues, or dates if required.
6. Photo Shoot & Media Opportunities
- Each contestant will receive a professional photoshoot arranged by the organization.
- Participants may be selected for brand collaborations, media features, and promotional campaigns.
- Contestants grant HERWA full rights to use their photos, videos, and profiles for promotional purposes.
7. Code of Conduct
- Contestants must maintain dignity, discipline, professionalism, and respectful behavior at all times.
- Misconduct, harassment, bullying, or defamation (including social media) may result in disqualification.
- False allegations or misrepresentation will not be tolerated.
- All decisions by judges and organizers are final and binding.
8. Integrity & Fair Practice
- HERWA ensures fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all contestants.
- No favoritism, bias, or discrimination will be tolerated.
- Selection is based solely on merit.
9. Safety & Liability
- Participants join voluntarily and at their own risk.
- Organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or loss of belongings.
- Contestants are responsible for their health, safety, and personal items.
10. Photography, Videography & Media Rights
- Participants grant unrestricted rights for HERWA to use photos, videos, interviews, and recordings.
- All event-related media remains the intellectual property of HERWA.
11. Judging & Results
- All judging decisions are final and binding.
- Scoring and evaluation criteria are confidential.
- Organizers may modify or withhold titles if required.
12. Disqualification & Termination
- Violation of rules, misconduct, or false information may result in disqualification without refund.
- Organizers may withdraw titles after the event if misconduct is discovered later.
13. Force Majeure
- HERWA is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
14. Legal Disclaimer
- All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai/Thane, Maharashtra.
- HERWA and associated partners are indemnified against legal claims related to participation.
15. Acceptance
- By registering and making payment, contestants confirm they have read and understood all Terms & Conditions.
- They agree to abide by all rules, decisions, and conduct requirements.
- They release HERWA and all associated members from liability.
